BP Cogeneration Project:

Application for Site Certification


Please use the links below to view the text of the Application for Site Certification 2002-01 submitted by BP West Coast Products, L.L.C. to EFSEC on June 10, 2002.

BP notified the Council in April 2003 that the project description has changed from an air cooled project to water cooling, and to incorporate backup diesel generation. The revised sections of the application have been added to this website.
