BP Cherry Point Cogeneration Project

Potential Site Study:

  • On March 12, 2001, BP Cherry Point Refinery, requested that EFSEC initiate a Potential Site Study (PSS) for a 750 Megawatt gas fired cogeneration power plant to be situated in Whatcom County, Washington. PSS Request Letter

    May 2, 2001, Blaine, WA

  • On September 28, 2001, EFSEC completed the Potential Site Study Report.
