EFSEC staff released a Grays Harbor Energy Center (GHEC) Title V Air Operating Permit draft permit, acid rain permit, and technical support document. There are no new documents associated with this comment period. We are taking comment on the Council action to issue the Title V Air Operating Permit renewal, Acid Rain Permit renewal, and Technical Support Document. These documents were previously posted for a 30 day comment period, after which the EPA conducted a 45-day review. The documents are now in front of the Council for issuance. Your comments help us make decisions that protect Washingtonians and the environment.
