As part of its obligations under the SCA, the Certificate Holder for the Horse Heaven Wind project, Scout Clean Energy, LLC, has submitted an updated micrositing layout to EFSEC, reflective of revisions made to the Project layout to meet the commitments and mitigation measures within the SCA.
An Addendum and Staff Memo are presented for public comment. Additional supporting documents have been provided for informational purposes. An online comment campaign will be available at: https://comments.efsec.wa.gov.
