Public hearings
At public hearings, we share updates about energy facilities or rule changes. You can attend hearings and even sign up to be a speaker.Council meetings

At the October Council meeting, staff announced that they were working on a clarifying amendment to Policy 16-01, which delegated certain plan approvals to the EFSEC director. The proposed amendment in the form of a redlined Policy 16-01 is now available for review. We welcome your thoughts, concerns, or helpful information.
