On May 17, 2022 the EFSEC Council voted on the Land Use Consistency Order for the Horse Heaven Project. The vote passed with 7 yeas and 1 nay (due to technical difficulties they nay vote was not captured during the meeting but accepted by the Chair via email after the meeting).
