There will be two public comment meetings for the PEIS following the info meeting that was held on April 8th, 2025. The comment meetings will be on April 22nd and April 24th starting at 5pm PST. The April 8th meeting recording and information on how to join the comment meetings are on the PEIS webpage linked above.

On July 25, 2023, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Adam E. Torem conducted a pre-hearing conference in this matter that was preceded by a “mock hearing” and technical trial of each party’s ability to connect to the virtual hearing room on Microsoft Teams.
