About Hop Hill Solar

EFSEC received an application for site certification (ASC) for the Hop Hill Solar project on December 22, 2022. The Council held a public informational meeting and land use consistency hearing on February 23, 2023, at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, WA and virtually. The applicant requested a 12-month extension of the application processing time in a letter dated November 3, 2023.
