About this informational public hearing
We are inviting members of the public and the facility’s applicant, Cypress Creek Renewables (CCR), to discuss how this facility may affect the local environment. Based on what we learn, we will determine whether there are any significant risks.

You can comment during both the open house and public information meeting. If you want to speak at the meeting, please sign up before 5 p.m. on April 25, 2023. You can do so by:

To allow as many speakers as possible, you will have only a few minutes to speak. We will announce the amount of time for each speaker at the meeting, depending on the number of speakers who sign up.
Open house (4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
At the open house, you can ask questions about the facility and our review process. Our staff and the applicant representatives will be available to give answers.
Public information meeting (5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.)
This meeting may end early if the last speaker finishes before 7 p.m.
At the meeting, our staff and CCR representatives will introduce themselves. We will also introduce and explain the responsibilities of the Counsel for the Environment (CFE), an Assistant Attorney General whom Washington’s Attorney General appoints.
Next, our staff and CCR will give presentations. After the presentations, you can share your comments.
