On July 25, 2023, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Adam E. Torem conducted a third pre-hearing conference about the upcoming adjudicative proceedings for Horse Heaven Wind Project.
Before the conference, we held a “mock hearing” and technical trial. This allowed each party to test whether they could connect to the virtual hearing room on Microsoft Teams.
