Rule summary

In November 2023, EFSEC filed a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) to review, reevaluate, and update Chapter 463-30 WAC on adjudicative proceedings. We formally withdrew this CR-101 in November 2025 when we filed a new CR-101 that would address Chapter 463-30 WAC and other chapters.

About this rule

With WSR 23-23-009 dated November 1, 2023, we notified the public of our intention to review, reevaluate, and update Chapter 463-30 WAC on adjudicative proceedings. In the ensuing two years, we did not take the next step to file a CR-102 with suggested language.

Instead, we filed a new CR-101 (preproposal statement of inquiry) on November 5, 2025. In that CR-101, we notified the public of our intention to update Chapter 463-30 WAC, as well as two other chapters. So as to avoid confusion, we filed request to withdraw the CR-101 from 2023 (see WSR 25-22-106).
