EFSEC held public informational and land use consistency hearings for the Project in November 2025. Since those hearings, EFSEC has received additional and revised land use information from the Applicant, including expanded jurisdiction-specific information and revised figures. EFSEC is opening this 30-day public comment period to seek input on the recently received land use information before the Council considers the next steps in its land use consistency review.

Comments should focus on whether the updated information accurately and completely addresses the proposed Project's consistency and compliance with applicable local comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances. Commenters may also identify information they believe is missing, unclear, or requires further review.
