Summary
We held a land use consistency hearing via Microsoft Teams on November 17, 2021.
With Order No. 881 dated March 13, 2022, our Council determined that the application for Badger Mountain Solar was not consistent with local land use and zoning regulations.
On July 20, 2026, we received a letter from Avangrid requesting the withdrawal of their application for site certification (ASC). There will be no more Council or staff action regarding land use consistency.
