Summary
On June 24, 2021, our Council issued a mitigated determination of non-significance (MDNS) and invited comments from the public and agencies through July 8, 2021. Our Council reviewed and considered all 16 comments received. On July 30, 2021, it issued a final Revised MDNS that included 19 mitigation measures related to earth, water, plants, animals and habitat, noise, visuals and aesthetics, and historic and cultural preservation, and utilities.
