Description
On February 19, 2025, the Council issued Order 898 issuing a determination that the Goldeneye Solar Storage Project is consistent and in compliance with local land use provisions.
Our Council made the decision after a Land Use Consistency Hearing held on August 13, 2024, at the Sedro-Woolley Community Center and virtually via Microsoft Teams. After the hearing, we received a host of public comments, all of which factored into the Council's decision-making process.
