On October 21, 2021, our Council sent a report with supporting documentation and recommended mitigation measures to Governor Jay Inslee, recommending approval of the proposed Goose Prairie Solar project. Our recommended mitigation measures were designed to minimize and mitigate environmental impacts and negative effects for the broad public interest.
