On September 1, 2022, we issued a mitigated determination of non-significance (MDNS) for Ostrea Solar, inviting the public and agencies to comment by October 14, 2022.
Our SEPA Responsible Official considered the public comments received and issued a revised MDNS on October 28, 2022.
To correct an error in the Habitat Mitigation Measure (Mitigation Measure 8), we issued a second supplemental memorandum further revising the MDNS on May 8, 2024.
