On May 17, 2024, our Director Sonia Bumpus, the SEPA responsible official, issued a mitigated determination of nonsignificance (MDNS) for the Wautoma Solar project. After considering public comments received from May 20 through June 3, our Director issued a revised MDNS on June 14, 2024.

On May 17, 2024, our Director Sonia Bumpus, the SEPA responsible official, issued a mitigated determination of nonsignificance (MDNS) for the Wautoma Solar project.
A public comment period opened on May 20, 2024, and ended on June 3, 2024. We received nine public comment letters.
After consideration of public comments received, we issued a revised MDNS on June 14, 2024.
