Description
On November 12, 2024, we publicly announced our plan to adopt a report recommending that the Governor approve of a draft site certification agreement for the Wautoma Solar Project. We welcomed public comments through November 17, 2024.
At our public meeting on November 20, 2024, our Council took final action on the recommendation to the Governor, including the draft site certification agreement and sent the draft SCA to the Governor for his consideration and approval on November 22, 2024.
