Steps in Application review
Optional review before applying for certification
Pre-application offers a chance for a developer to share information and data about a project before applying and to receive helpful feedback from us. While electrical transmission facilities must engage in pre-application according to RCW 80.50.330, developers for all other energy facility types are highly encouraged to engage in pre-application to ensure that, once submitted, your application is complete.
First step in reviewing a proposed facility
We review an applicant's proposed project design and features, as well as the natural and built environments. We’ll check for any missing information and help make the application complete.
